Introduction; Agreement to be Bound
Use of the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians website, including, without limitation, www.coloradoafp.org, and any other websites provided by the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians from time to time, individually and collectively referred to as the “Website,” is subject to these Terms of Use “Terms.”
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
The Colorado Academy of Family Physicians “CAFP” reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time and from time to time at its sole discretion by posting revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions contained in the Terms posted at the time of your use.

Grant of License
CAFP grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your personal, informational, and non-commercial use only, subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Typographical Errors, Pricing, and Registration Information
If a CAFP product, service, event registration, sponsorship, advertising opportunity, donation option, or other item is mistakenly listed with incorrect pricing, availability, description, or other information, CAFP reserves the right to refuse, correct, or cancel any orders, registrations, purchases, submissions, or transactions placed for the item listed incorrectly.
CAFP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order, registration, or transaction whether or not it has been confirmed and whether or not a credit card or other payment method has been charged.
If your payment method has been charged for a cancelled order, registration, or transaction, CAFP will issue a credit or refund in the amount originally charged, as appropriate.
Governing Law; Jurisdiction and Venue
These Terms and all matters and disputes arising out of or relating to the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute, lawsuit, claim, or other action arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms shall be instituted and resolved solely in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Colorado.
Waivers
No waiver, express or implied, by CAFP of any right or remedy it may have under these Terms shall constitute or be deemed a waiver of any other right or provision.
CAFP’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, unenforceable, or invalid, that portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and all other parts of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
International Use
CAFP makes no claim or warranty with respect to access to or use of the Website, including CAFP Content, outside the United States.
Any such access or use is at your own risk, and you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act
The Colorado Academy of Family Physicians respects the intellectual property rights of others. CAFP will investigate and process claims of alleged infringement and will take appropriate action as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act “DMCA.”
